TradieCue
Terms of Use
Last updated: 5 June 2026
These Terms of Use apply to your use of the TradieCue mobile app, website, and related services. TradieCue is operated by FLOWNETIC CONSULTING PTY LTD (ABN 54 692 614 841), referred to as Flownetic Consulting.
By using TradieCue, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use TradieCue.
1. What TradieCue Does
TradieCue is a mobile admin assistant for solo tradies and very small trade businesses. It helps users capture rough job notes and prepare editable quotes, variations, invoice/payment context, job notes, and payment follow-up drafts.
TradieCue is not a full job management, accounting, legal, tax, construction management, scheduling, dispatch, or project-management system.
2. Drafts Must Be Reviewed
TradieCue can use rules, hosted AI, voice transcription, and job context to prepare draft wording and draft records. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before using them.
- Check customer names, addresses, scope, prices, GST, payment terms, exclusions, assumptions, dates, and any legal or safety wording.
- Do not rely on TradieCue as professional legal, accounting, financial, tax, compliance, or building advice.
- Do not send a draft to a customer until you are satisfied it is accurate and appropriate.
3. No Automatic Customer Sending
TradieCue is designed around preview-before-share. The app may prepare customer-facing text, PDFs, channel messages, or share-sheet content, but you remain responsible for choosing whether and how to send it.
4. Pricing Stays In Your Control
TradieCue may help organise line items and identify missing price details. You are responsible for setting and checking prices, tax treatment, discounts, deposits, payment terms, quote validity, and invoice amounts.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- use TradieCue only for lawful business purposes;
- enter accurate information where practical;
- obtain any permission needed before adding another person's personal information, photos, messages, or files;
- protect access to your device, account, business workspace, and exported documents;
- avoid uploading information you do not have the right to use;
- avoid using TradieCue to spam, harass, mislead, or unlawfully contact people.
6. Business Workspace, Cloud Sync, And Crew Access
TradieCue Pro may support one business workspace for cloud sync, backup, and business-scoped job records. Crew/member access is a planned workspace capability and should only be used where invite flows, roles, and server-enforced permissions are enabled.
If crew/member access is enabled and you invite others to your workspace, you are responsible for managing who has access and for removing people who should no longer have access. Timmy AI and voice fair-use allowances may be shared by the business workspace and are not separate per invited person unless stated otherwise.
7. Subscriptions And App Store Purchases
The planned public iOS release is expected to use Apple subscriptions, including a free download, one sandbox quote proof before sign-in, a 30-day introductory trial when you save, share, or continue, then paid access through Apple's in-app purchase system. Planned pricing is A$24.99/month or A$239.99/year, subject to final App Store Connect setup before launch.
Where Apple in-app purchases are used, purchase, renewal, cancellation, refund, and billing management are handled through Apple and your Apple ID settings, subject to Apple's terms.
8. Third-Party Services
TradieCue may rely on third-party services for hosting, AI processing, voice transcription, address lookup, email, storage, subscriptions, diagnostics, and other app functionality. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
9. Availability And Changes
TradieCue may change over time. Features may be added, changed, limited, paused, or removed. We may also update these Terms as the product moves toward public App Store release.
We do not guarantee that TradieCue will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every trade, job, jurisdiction, or customer situation.
10. Intellectual Property
TradieCue, Timmy, the app design, software, branding, and related materials are owned by TradieCue's operator or licensors. You keep ownership of the business, customer, job, photo, note, and document content you enter into the app, subject to the rights needed for TradieCue to provide the service.
11. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or misuse TradieCue;
- attempt to bypass security, subscription, access, or rate-limit controls;
- upload malicious code or unlawful content;
- use generated drafts to mislead customers, falsify approvals, or create records that do not reflect real work;
- use TradieCue in a way that infringes another person's rights or breaches applicable law.
12. Disclaimers
TradieCue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for checking and approving all business documents and customer communications.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradieCue's operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of TradieCue. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
14. Termination
We may suspend or end access to TradieCue if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created risk for the service or other people, or used TradieCue unlawfully.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, unless a mandatory law says otherwise.
