What TradieCue is for.

What is TradieCue?

TradieCue is a voice-first admin assistant for solo tradies and owner-operated trade businesses. You tell Timmy the job, then review an editable quote, variation, job note, invoice/payment context, or payment follow-up draft.

Who is it built for?

It is built for mobile tradies who are on site, in the ute, or doing admin after work. It is especially useful for operators who speak English, Chinese, or mixed Chinese/English but need professional English customer wording.

Can I download the app now?

Not yet. The iOS app is not publicly available yet. This website uses an honest iOS coming soon message until the real install link exists.

Is the website demo real AI?

No. The website demo is a private browser preview so it is fast, cheap, and reliable. It shows the product shape, while the iPhone app uses hosted Timmy AI for deeper interpretation and drafting.

What can I say to Timmy?

You can describe the customer, job, scope, extra work, prices, GST, due amounts, payment promises, or customer replies. Rough notes are fine. Timmy uses AI to interpret the messy parts, then asks follow-up questions when important details are missing.

Can I use Chinese or mixed English and Chinese?

Yes. The product direction supports English, Chinese, and mixed notes. Customer-facing outputs should still be professional English unless the user deliberately changes that later.

Will Timmy make up missing prices?

No. Pricing stays in the tradie's control. Timmy may organise line items and ask for missing price details, but it should not invent prices.

Does Timmy send anything automatically?

No. TradieCue is preview-before-share. You review and edit the draft, then copy, export, share, or send it manually through your normal channel.

How do quote drafts work?

You provide rough scope and pricing details. Timmy organises them into editable line items, scope wording, GST context, exclusions, and customer-facing message copy for you to review.

How do variations work?

Variations are for extra work or changed scope. TradieCue should keep them linked to the right job and make it clear that the work is outside the original quote before you ask the customer to approve it.

How do payment follow-ups work?

You give the customer, amount, invoice or job context, and due timing. Timmy drafts a polite follow-up message. You still decide whether and how to send it.

Is TradieCue a full job management system?

No. It is deliberately not a CRM, scheduler, dispatch system, accounting system, BOQ tool, or project management platform. It focuses on job memory and money paperwork.

Workspace

Can a 1-5 person crew use it together at launch?

Not as a full crew-invite feature yet. TradieCue Pro is being built with a business workspace and cloud sync foundation for the owner first. Crew/member access should stay marked coming soon until invites and server-enforced permissions are ready.

Does that mean staff scheduling or timesheets?

No. Crew access is about capturing useful job context and paperwork evidence. It should not become scheduling, dispatch, staff dashboards, or project management.

Privacy and AI

What data might TradieCue process?

Depending on what you enter, TradieCue may process business details, customer/job details, voice notes, typed notes, pasted messages, photos, draft corrections, and payment context. See the Privacy Policy for the current public summary.

Will hosted AI always be on?

The product direction is Timmy AI on by default for the main drafting experience, with disclosure, fair-use limits, and controls. Manual editing, preview, and copy/share remain the reliability baseline.

Is voice unlimited?

AI and voice are included for everyday trade admin. There is no credit pack to buy and no normal token counter; fair use is there to stop bulk, automated, or unusually heavy usage so one simple Pro price can stay sustainable. If unusually heavy usage is reached, hosted AI can pause while manual editing and job management still work.

Where can I read the legal pages?

Read the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. These pages may be updated again before public App Store launch if the app's production behaviour changes.

Billing

Planned iOS subscription path.

Will TradieCue be paid?

Planned iPhone launch: free to try, then TradieCue Pro through Apple. Apple confirms before any charge. Final price and trial details will follow the App Store setup when launch is ready.

How do I cancel or restore a subscription?

Once App Store subscriptions exist, cancellation, renewal, refunds, and restore purchases will be handled through Apple and your Apple ID settings.
